1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KrackDeal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

KrackDeal is a coupon and deals discovery platform that connects vendors with customers. Vendors can create and manage coupons, upload stories with media, and register their business. Customers can browse, discover, and redeem coupons from participating vendors.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Vendor Terms

4.1 Vendor Registration

Vendors must complete a multi-step registration process including email verification, phone verification, category selection, and business details submission. All vendor accounts require admin approval before activation.

4.2 Coupon Creation

  • Vendors may create a maximum of 30 coupons per calendar month
  • Coupon codes must be unique across the platform
  • Vendors are responsible for honoring valid coupons presented by customers
  • Abuse of the coupon system may result in account suspension

4.3 Stories

  • Vendors may upload up to 5 images and 2 videos per story
  • Stories are publicly visible and expire after a set period
  • All media must comply with our content guidelines

4.4 Location

Vendors may provide a Google Maps URL to display their shop location. The Platform does not verify the accuracy of location data provided.

5. Customer Terms

5.1 Coupon Usage

  • Coupons are subject to vendor-defined terms (minimum order, usage limits, expiry)
  • Customers must present valid coupons to vendors for redemption
  • Abuse of coupon codes may result in account restrictions

5.2 Content Viewing

Stories and coupons displayed on the Platform are publicly accessible. Viewing stories increments the view counter.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Create fake vendor accounts or submit fraudulent business information
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of KrackDeal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant KrackDeal a license to display it on the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy of vendor-provided information (coupons, shop details, locations)
  • Availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform
  • Quality of products or services offered by vendors
  • Validity or redemption of coupons beyond Platform verification

9. Limitation of Liability

KrackDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between vendors and customers, invalid coupons, or inaccurate business information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where KrackDeal is registered.
